MaD YAT stands for Make a Difference: Youth Action Team. It's a group made up of young people aged between between 12 to 18 who are all signed up as volunteers with Make a Difference.

The YAT works closely with the Make a Difference team to ensure young people are consulted and have the opportunity to input into all aspects of the company.

  • Interviewing new staff
  • Planning events
  • Recruiting more volunteers
  • Fundraising
  • Inputting to company policies and procedures

They represent all the young people signed up to Make a Difference and act as ambassadors for MaD.
