Get down to our Youth Centre in Houghton Regis where we run loads of stuff for 12 to 18 year olds.

You can take part in the activities , come down to relax, socialise and have FUN!! You can come with friends or come on your own & make some new ones! As well as Chill Out nights, we run sports, arts, & music sessions.

There’s loads going on:

  • Pool
  • Sports Hall
  • Table tennis
  • Tuck shop

What’s on:

  • Monday Football 4-5.30pm at Houghton Regis Leisure Centre
  • Tuesday 7-9.30pm Chill Out
  • Wednesday 7-9pm Chill Out
  • Thursday 7-9.30pm Chill Out
